Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden. ## 11 - Sub-processors Silo Team, operated by Stair Path AB, uses select third-party service providers (sub-processors) to help deliver our onboarding, offboarding, and training platform. These providers process limited customer data under strict privacy and security obligations. **Current Sub-processors:** - **Amazon Web Services (AWS)** Purpose: Cloud hosting & infrastructure Location: EU & UK Data Access: Storage and processing of application data - **OpenAI** Purpose: Language model processing Location: US Data Access: Transient processing of user prompts (no retention) - **Stripe** Purpose: Payment processing (for paid plans) Location: EU & UK Data Access: Billing details, customer email All providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements and are assessed for GDPR compliance. Transfers outside the EU (e.g. OpenAI) use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. ## 12 - Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
